Women in Finance Charter update 2024
We signed up to the Women in Finance Charter in 2018 with the commitment on achieving a 50/50 gender split across the entire business by 2025, ensuring equal representation and opportunity for all. This includes the senior leadership population.
In 2022, we had a 30% female representation in our senior management population. Year on year, we have made positive steps to increase this further and we’re delighted to now have a 41% female representation in our senior management population (2024).
This is a great achievement and testament to the work we’re doing to foster a diverse and dynamic environment where everyone thrives.
We continue to champion and empower our female colleagues through, mentorship and development programmes, our Women in Target network and other impactful activities through our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion forum.
We have successfully achieved a 50/50 gender split across the entire business and we’re confident that by continuing momentum, focus and dedication on our gender workstreams we’ll achieve a balanced future and a reduction in our gender pay gap.
